Trip to Connecticut

A couple of weekends ago I flew into Hartford for the wedding of a good friend and old colleague, Julie. It was a quick trip but a lot of fun. I got to see another old friend and colleague of mine, Kim, and spend the weekend with her and her darling daughter, Katie. I hadn't seen Kim in over a year, so it was so nice to just sit around and talk each others' ears off.

I have to say that Connecticut is beautiful in the fall. I'd never been up there before; it was quite a treat. Here are some pictures.

 The wedding was at an old hotel and farm.

 Katie was the flower girl. Lucky gal.
