Lusting.

Lusting is not a good thing and I'm doing it right now! Ahh! Some of you may already know it, but I'm lusting over this Chambray shirt from Madewell.

I can just envision all the things I can pair it with. My friend Jenni got me hooked on it from her blog. I've been wanting a good chambray shirt for years now and I found myself drooling every time she posted it in one of her outfits. 

And to make it even that much more enticing, today I pulled out some of my favorite old pants and I can honestly say that I can wear them without feeling self conscious! I do have a ways to go to get back to my normal size, but I'm trying not to look at the number and pay attention to how I feel. Needless to say, it's going to be even harder not to make a purchase, but I'm trying to be good. 

Maybe I can make it a goal reward after losing these last devilish pounds. I have to be honest though, right now my trick has been to eat, eat, eat! It seems the more I eat and the less I work out, the more I'm slimming. I'm trying to exercise in moderation since I'm still breast feeding (which is hard for me cause I miss it and really want to go full force!). My initial plan that I installed after Finn was born backfired on me and it's gotten harder to do anyway the older he's gotten and needed his nap routine. 

I'm also lusting over some colored jeans such as these here from J Crew. And I'm still on the hunt for the most perfect white t-shirt; one that's not too tight, the perfect length to almost cover my bum, in a light comfortable fabric. Anyone know of one? 

Alright, enough babbling & lusting for today. I'm sure there's plenty more I could add to this list. On with reorganizing the closet to make room for the pants that have been hiding in the attic since pregnancy & summer before Finnie Minnie wakes up from his nap. Maybe this transfer of summer to fall/winter will be enough to make me feel as though I have a new wardrobe. Hmmm? I'll let you know!
