Lovely Dresses.

So I've been daydreaming a lot lately about fitting into clothes the way I used to. I never realized how easy I had it before until now when my body has been morphed and I no longer recognize myself. That belly button is forever changed! It seems myself won't let myself lose that last bit of weight, and even when I do, I don't think it will ever be the same. I've been running and eating well but between regaining muscle, my large and in charge chest of mine, and holding onto fat for breast feeding it's a useless battle. 

Now don't get me wrong, I wouldn't give up what I have (meaning sweet baby boy!) for my old self. I love him so dearly and he's worth it all, but it's a hard adjustment when I'm so used to being able to wear and do most things!

Lately I stumbled across some sweet dresses. The south is all about dresses, especially in the summer. I've come to really appreciate that. These three are from ModCloth. I've never purchased from them before but I really like what they have. Sort of an Anthropologie feel with a bit of a lower price tag (of which is coming to Greenville this fall! Yikes! My favorite, but not good for the pocket book!).

Oh I can just picture the shoes & boots that could so nicely be paired with these..and belts, necklaces & bracelets. 

Well that's it for today. Finn is nicely sleeping for his first morning nap and he is not swaddled! He started breaking out of his Miracle Wrap last week so I'm working on transitioning him. We'll see how it goes.
