This 4th of July was spent a little differently for us. How about you? First of all, Lyle was on call (but able to spend most of the day with us!), and secondly....well, we have an infant. Enough said. We spent the early part of the day at our friends pool. The ortho gang all hung out. It was quite fun. And to top it off, it was Finn's first time swimming! He loved it! Though he spent most of his time sleeping in his sun tent.

The guys played a rousing game of....not sure, they made it up, but they couldn't eat until they hit a certain number of points!
This new momma is not quite swimsuit ready, but didn't want to miss out on the finn fun.
And that was our 4th. Lyle had to go into the hospital later and I wasn't willing to bare the fireworks crazy, so went to bed early. But it was a good one!
Happy Friday. Finn & I are about to hit up a walk now.

Lauren, sounds like it was a great 4th! Wish I could have been there, as we did the same only here in Montgomery. I miss you guys and btw, you look awesome! I think you are rockin' the swimsuit, girl! Go you!
